Tap NFC Cards is a digital tool for businesses to collect reviews effortlessly. By tapping the card on a customer’s NFC-enabled smartphone or scanning the QR code, customers are directed to leave a review on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, or other review sites.

How does an NFC review card work?

Our NFC cards use Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to instantly connect a customer to a business’s review page. Customers simply tap their phone on the card or scan the QR code if NFC is disabled.

Do customers need to share their personal details to leave a review?

No, Tap NFC Cards do not collect personal information. Customers are directly connected to the review site where they can share their feedback about your business or product.

What if a customer’s phone doesn’t have NFC or NFC is turned off?

If NFC is unavailable, the card also includes a QR code that customers can scan to access the same review options.

Can the NFC card direct customers to multiple review sites?

Yes, businesses can choose between directing customers to one review site or multiple sites. For one review site, the tap or scan takes customers directly there. For multiple review sites, we provide a landing page where customers can choose which site to leave their review on.

What is a landing page, and how does it work?

The landing page is a feature included when businesses want to direct customers to more than one review site. Customers are presented with multiple review options and can select the site they prefer to leave their review on.

Is the card design customizable?

Standard cards come with a pre-designed layout. However, if customization is essential for your business, we can provide a quote for tailored design services.

Does the system require a subscription?

Yes, using our system requires either a monthly or annual subscription, along with a one-time setup fee. Businesses can choose the subscription model that best suits their needs.

Do you offer bulk pricing for businesses?

Yes, we provide discounted pricing for bulk orders or businesses that require cards for multiple brands or locations.

Can I transfer the card to another location or business?

Yes, the card can be reconfigured for use with another business location or brand if needed, for an additional fee. However, if the business or brand is not owned by the original client, then a transfer of ownership is not possible.

What is the difference between Options 1 and 2?

Option 1 sends customers directly to a single review site, which is quick and simple. Option 2 allows customers to choose from two or more review sites via a landing page. This option requires additional setup but provides more flexibility.

What is “Double Dip” technology?

Our "Double Dip" technology enhances customer engagement by encouraging reviews on multiple platforms. After a customer leaves a review on one site, the landing page thanks them and offers a prompt to leave their review on another platform as well.

How do I order my Tap NFC Cards?

What are the terms for the Monthly Subscription option?

By choosing the Monthly Subscription, your business agrees to a 3-month minimum commitment to our system. After this period, if you wish to cancel, a one-month written notice is required to end the service.

What are the terms for the Annual Subscription option?

The Annual Subscription requires a two-month written notice to cancel the service. If cancellation is requested, a refund of 75% of the remaining balance will be issued, provided all issued cards are returned. If the cards are not returned, no refund will be given.
