Yes, the card can be reconfigured for use with another business location or brand if needed, for an additional fee. However, if the business or brand is not owned by the original client, then a transfer of ownership is not possible.
Option 1 sends customers directly to a single review site, which is quick and simple. Option 2 allows customers to choose from two or more review sites via a landing page. This option requires additional setup but provides more flexibility.
Our "Double Dip" technology enhances customer engagement by encouraging reviews on multiple platforms. After a customer leaves a review on one site, the landing page thanks them and offers a prompt to leave their review on another platform as well.

By choosing the Monthly Subscription, your business agrees to a 3-month minimum commitment to our system. After this period, if you wish to cancel, a one-month written notice is required to end the service.
The Annual Subscription requires a two-month written notice to cancel the service. If cancellation is requested, a refund of 75% of the remaining balance will be issued, provided all issued cards are returned. If the cards are not returned, no refund will be given.
